At Evergreen Primary School, our Aesthetics curriculum—comprising both Art and Music—is thoughtfully designed to provide every child with meaningful, joyful, and progressive experiences in the visual and performing arts.
Through hands-on exploration, creative expression, and structured skill development, students:

Our lessons are crafted to nurture not only artistic talents but also the holistic development of each child, empowering them to express themselves and connect with others through the universal language of the arts.

Conducted once a term to expose students to quality arts performances and deepen appreciation
Features professional artists and curated programmes supported by external partners, including those under the National Arts Council (NAC)


Arts Carousel
Whole-school art exhibition transforming school spaces into vibrant galleries
Fosters pride and student voice through visual expression


Art Museum-Based Learning Journey (MBL)
Primary 4 students visit local art museums to engage with artworks in authentic settings
Builds visual literacy, discussion skills, and deepens understanding of artists’ intent
Encourages reflective thinking and inquiry

Art Inquiry Based Learning Curriculum
A student-centered approach where students actively explore and investigate topics through research and class discussion
Construct their own understanding and meaning of artworks through experimentation with art materials individually and collaboratively
